2. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver all shipments within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other logistical challenges.
- All shipments must comply with international shipping regulations.
- Prohibited items will not be accepted for transport.
- Dangerous goods must be declared and properly packaged.
3. Liability & Insurance
PolarPortCargo exercises utmost care in handling your shipments. Standard liability coverage is included, but we recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
4. Payment Terms
All shipping fees must be paid in full prior to delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Currency conversion rates may apply for international payments.
5. Tracking & Claims
Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking number. Any claims for damage or loss must be filed within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
